By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using My Name’s, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your credentials secure. You are also responsible for all activity performed through your account.
3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals
My Name’s offers free and paid features through subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed through the app store platform you use (for example, Apple App Store or Google Play). Unless canceled before the renewal date, subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store account settings. Pricing, plan features, and trial availability may vary by region and may be updated from time to time. Any refunds are handled by the platform where the purchase was made and are subject to that platform’s refund policy.
4. New Features and Product Updates
My Name’s may release new functionality, including but not limited to a new subscription system, editor tools, and CRM-related improvements. Some features may be available only for specific plans or platforms.
5. User Content and Local Data (Hive_CE)
Some app data (including CRM notes and related user-created content) may be stored locally on your device using Hive_CE or similar local storage technology. Because local data may not be mirrored to our servers, you are responsible for backups where applicable. We are not liable for loss of local data caused by device loss, app deletion, OS reset, or similar events.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to distribute spam or malicious content, impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation, attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, use automated scraping or harvesting methods without permission, or interfere with service availability or security.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, design elements, trademarks, logos, and code related to My Name’s are owned by My Name’s (or its licensors) and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant ownership rights to users.
8. Privacy
Use of My Name’s is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge how data is collected, processed, and stored as described there.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms, engage in abuse, fraud, or activity that threatens users, the platform, or legal compliance.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Name’s is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost data, lost profits, or business interruption arising from use of the service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
