Refund Policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026
Overview
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for My Name’s paid subscriptions. Refunds depend on where you purchased: Apple App Store, Google Play, or our website / web cabinet (payment provider such as Paddle).
1. General principle
Unless required by applicable law, all paid subscriptions are non-refundable after purchase, except as described below or as required by the refund policy of the billing platform that processed your payment.
We do not charge twice for the same active entitlement on the same account when platforms are correctly linked; if you believe you were charged in error, contact us and the relevant store.
2. Purchases via Apple App Store
Subscriptions bought through the App Store are billed by Apple. Refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund and subscription policies.
Request a refund or manage the subscription in your Apple ID account settings / Report a Problem, or follow Apple’s help articles for subscription refunds.
My Name’s cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
3. Purchases via Google Play
Subscriptions bought through Google Play are billed by Google. Refunds and cancellations are handled by Google under Google Play’s refund and subscription policies.
Request a refund or manage the subscription in Google Play account / subscription settings, or follow Google’s help articles for Play refunds.
My Name’s cannot issue Google Play refunds directly.
4. Purchases via website / web cabinet (Paddle)
Subscriptions or plans bought on my-names.com.ua (including /cabinet) are typically processed by our Merchant of Record / payment provider (for example, Paddle) together with RevenueCat Web Billing.
You may request a refund by contacting us at mynames.support@gmail.com with your order/receipt email and approximate purchase date. We will coordinate with the payment provider where applicable.
Where the provider’s policy or law allows a refund (for example, within a cooling-off period in your country, or for a clear billing error / failed delivery of paid access), we aim to respond within a reasonable time.
You can also use the customer tools or receipt emails provided by the payment provider (such as Paddle) to manage payment methods or open a billing inquiry.
5. How to cancel a subscription
Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current paid period unless the store or provider grants a refund.
App Store / Google Play: cancel in the store’s subscription settings on your device or account.
Web cabinet: manage billing in the cabinet billing UI, or email mynames.support@gmail.com.
6. Trials and promotional periods
If a free trial or promo is offered, converting to a paid subscription is shown at checkout or in the store. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want to be charged.
Unused trial time after converting to a paid plan is handled by the billing platform’s rules.
7. Service issues
If paid features do not unlock after a successful payment, first try restoring purchases in the mobile app or refreshing the web cabinet, then contact mynames.support@gmail.com with your account email and platform (iOS, Android, or web).
We will help restore access or escalate a billing issue to the relevant store or payment provider.
8. Pricing reference
Current plan descriptions and indicative prices are listed on our Pricing page.
